Quealy blazed a trail of Pinot Gris & Grigio in Australia and continue to cultivate and innovate some of the region’s most fascinating grape varieties and winemaking techniques.
These food-driven wines are the perfect foil for Casa’s vibrant Iberian menu, featuring our award-winning Paella! In fact, our esteemed chefs travel to Spain this September to pit their prawns and their wits against the locals in the International Paella competition.
