MAIN STREET MORNINGTON

Where a kilometer of fabulous shopping meets the sea

Welcome to Main Street Mornington. One of the Mornington Peninsula’s favourite streets in the region’s largest seaside village, it’s just 50 minutes from Melbourne on an easy freeway drive.

The pavements are broad and tree-shaded, with inviting courtyards, verandahs and kerbside seating for an espresso or glass of fine regional wine. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and there’s not a highrise building in sight.

Follow Main Street to the end and you will be met with the sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay where the white sandy beaches tempt you to take a stroll in the fresh sea air.

There’s something for everyone…

You’ll find over 350 stores with a diverse mix of retail therapy, café’s restaurants, bars and services, Main Street Mornington offers something for everyone.

Stretching a whole kilometre explore the boutiques, shoe shops, recycled fashion stores and high street outlets. You’ll also find gifts, homewares, bookstores, designer stationary, jewellers, galleries and even Persian rugs. Pamper yourself in one of the many day spas and beauty salons and shop for fresh food in our gourmet produce stores or at our weekly Wednesday market and monthly Farmers Market. Of course you’ll be spoilt for choice with some of the finest bars and restaurants in Victoria, so why not stay a while and enjoy everything Mornington has to offer.
